The Need for SEED

The four pillars that we can use to manage our health are Stress, Exercise, Emotion, and Diet.

SEED for Health is a campaign that ECO (Earth Citizens Organization) proposes to take back our natural right to health, get connected in the spirit of care, and share wisdom, tips and resources to get naturally healthier together.

To help people create and share healthier lifestyles, we will provide tips and training in simple exercises and mindfulness techniques, leadership development programs, and online/offline networks through this campaign. We hope to build a growing community of people who choose a healthy lifestyle for a healthier world and greener planet. (Read More)

Earth Citizens acknowledge the Earth as their core value and accept that their primary responsibility is to care for people and the planet. Earth Citizens work together as a community, beyond all differences and separations, to create a healthier, safer, and more sustainable world.

ECO provides the education, tools, and resources that empower for Earth Citizens to practice an eco-friendly lifestyle while developing their strengths and serving their communities. Our goal is to connect 100 million people in the spirit of Earth Citizenship by 2020.
